We accept returns within 30 days of the item being marked "shipped". Please email us directly at rhea@rheaclaire.com so we can process your return. The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Once an order leaves our studio, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We take great pride in the way we package our planner so if your order arrives damaged please let us know immediately so we can send you a replacement.
We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our studio from our factory. When you preorder these items, we will ship them out 2-4 business days after they've arrived and are ready to ship out. We will also make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the item is on its way to you.
